Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
- Once your order is placed, it will be reviewed in 24 hours. Orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days upon us receiving your order.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays). Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.
- Any orders placed via the Website are not considered accepted until we have shipped the order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Website, to change or update information or to cancel orders if any such information is inaccurate. If we cancel any orders, we will arrange the refunds. The LaVie Kitchen reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

With the exception of specifically listed promotions on The LaVie Kitchen, our general delivery policy is listed below:
- Free shipping every order over US$99
- US$5.95 - US$9.95 delivery fee will be charged for order below US$99 varies with location to be shipped.
- Free Shipping may be offered during promotional period by entering promotional code
AREAS IN SERVICE
- Standard Delivery Service is available.
- P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.
- An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.
STANDARD SHIPPING SCHEDULE
- Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 14 business days. For remote areas, it might take extra 1-2 business days.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- Delivery service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including public holidays).
- Shipping may take additional time during holidays and extreme weather conditions.
- Your shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed. The LaVie Kitchen is not liable for incorrect address on the invoice.
- If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact the courier directly in order to make further arrangements.
Shipment Tracking/ Change of Shipping Address:
- Once the order is shipped out, shipping tracking numbers will be provided. Please contact courier to track your shipment.
- Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with the courier by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
- If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact the courier directly in order to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.
